The credit card you use to reserve with will be charged on the day of the sail prior to your arrival. If you have any vouchers, coupons, or gift certificates you must input them when making your reservation. We are unable to apply any discounts, codes, or vouchers after the initial reservation has been made. If you have trouble, please call our office at 978.281.6634 and we can assist you.
If on the day of the trip, we attempt to charge your card and it returns in error (declined, insufficient funds, etc.) we will attempt to contact you at the number you provide in your reservation. If we are unable to get in touch with you prior to the trip we will cancel your reservation. Please leave a number that we can get you at on the day of the trip to avoid this.
You must call our office at 978.281.6634 to cancel.
We have a 72-hour cancellation policy. You can cancel anywhere up to 72 hours prior to sail time without penalty. Anytime after that, you will be charged the full value on your reservation.
If the Captain cancels, we will issue a full refund to your original form of payment within 24 hours. It can take up to 10 days to post on your credit card depending on what type of credit card you have.
There are instances where we have a longer than 72-hour cancellation window. If this is the case, it will be stated in the description of the trip and that will take precedence over the 72-hour requirement.
The Schooner Lannon reserves the right to change, cancel, or reschedule a sail at any time. Notice will be given as soon as possible.
Information on check-in, boarding, etc will be provided in your booking email.
If passengers do not comply with all COVID-19 related rules and regulations they will not be allowed to board and are not entitled to a refund.
If we do not have the requried numbers of passengers reserved, the Lannon will not sail. In that case, you will receive a full refund of any monies charged.
